Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Converza Technologies. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. General Policy Due to the nature of our digital service, all fees paid for our subscription plans are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a Converza Technologies plan, you are paying for access to the Service for a pre-determined period (e.g., monthly or annually). We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused time, or for any reason once a payment has been processed.
2. Subscription Fees All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel your account. By subscribing, you authorize Converza Technologies to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
3. No Refunds for Cancellations If you choose to cancel your subscription, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the subsequent period. However, no refund, pro-rated or otherwise, will be issued for the current billing period.
4. Exceptions Refunds will not be issued, except in the following cases:

If there has been a billing error on our part.

If we are required by law to issue a refund.
Any requests for refunds under these exceptions must be submitted to our billing department for review.
